Your data

Last updated 3 June 2026

Your personal data belongs to you. This page explains, in plain English, what rights you have under UK GDPR and exactly how to use them. For the full detail of how we handle data, see our Privacy policy.

What we hold about you

  • Your email address, if you’ve joined the list.
  • If you’ve ordered: your name, delivery address, phone number and order history.
  • A payment reference from Stripe (never your full card details — we don’t store those).

Your rights

  • Be informed — know what we collect and why (that’s the privacy policy).
  • Access — ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct anything that’s wrong.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data (“the right to be forgotten”). We may need to keep order records for tax purposes, but we’ll remove everything we’re not legally required to keep.
  • Restrict or object — ask us to pause certain uses of your data, including marketing.
  • Portability — ask for your data in a portable format.
  • Unsubscribe — leave the email list any time, with one click in any email or by emailing us.

How to make a request

Email thesolisstudio@hotmail.com and tell us what you’d like — for example “please send me a copy of my data” or “please delete my account”. Use the email address you signed up or ordered with, so we can find you. We may ask a question or two to confirm it’s really you.

We’ll respond within one month, and it won’t cost you anything.

If you’re not happy

If you think we’ve mishandled your data, please tell us first and we’ll try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
