Who we are

SØLIS Studio is a small clothing brand based in the United Kingdom. The data controller for everything described on this page is Alyssia Jackson, founder of SØLIS Studio. You can reach us at thesolisstudio@hotmail.com.

What we collect

Right now, one thing only: your email address, given voluntarily through the early-access signup form on this site. We do not collect names, addresses, payment details, or any other personal information at this stage.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this page.

How we use it

Your email is used for one purpose: sending you launch communications about SØLIS Studio — the first collection drop, early-access windows, and occasional studio updates leading up to launch.

We will not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it’s stored

Email addresses are stored with Resend, our email service provider, who act as a data processor on our behalf. Resend’s own privacy practices are documented on their site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. You can exercise any of these rights — including unsubscribing from launch emails — by emailing thesolisstudio@hotmail.com. Every launch email will also include a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you believe we have mishandled your data you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

How long we keep it

We hold your email until you ask us to delete it, or until the early-access list is closed at launch — whichever comes first. At launch we may migrate the list into our customer mailing system; you’ll be told before that happens and can opt out at any point.

Changes

We’ll update this page if anything material changes — for instance, if we start collecting more data once the shop opens. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
