Terms

These terms apply when you buy from SØLIS Studio or join our email list. SØLIS Studio is run by Alyssia Jackson (The Pump House, Chorley, PR6 9AY). You can reach us at thesolisstudio@hotmail.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ordering

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A contract between us is formed once we email to confirm your order. Occasionally we may not be able to fulfil an order — for example if an item is out of stock or there’s a pricing error — in which case we’ll let you know and give you a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). SØLIS Studio is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details. We try hard to keep prices and product details accurate, but if we spot a genuine error we’ll contact you before processing your order.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, with flat-rate £4.95 Royal Mail tracked delivery. We’ll aim to dispatch promptly and send you tracking once your order is on its way. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unwanted item. Full details — including condition rules, where to send it, and how refunds work — are on our Returns & refunds page. If an item is faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in full.

The email list

Joining the email list doesn’t cost anything and doesn’t commit you to buying. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. Your email is handled as described in our Privacy policy.

The site itself

The text, photography, illustrations, logo and other materials on this site are the property of Alyssia Jackson and SØLIS Studio. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or pass them off as your own.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
