These terms cover the SØLIS Studio early-access list. They don’t cover any future shop — full terms of sale will be published before the first collection drops.

The early-access list

By submitting your email through the signup form on this site, you’re asking to receive launch communications from SØLIS Studio: notifications about the first collection drop, early-access windows, and occasional studio updates ahead of launch.

You can leave the list at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to thesolisstudio@hotmail.com.

No purchase, no commitment

Joining the early-access list doesn’t reserve any product and isn’t a purchase. You don’t pay anything to join, and you’re not signing up to buy anything.

Things may change

SØLIS Studio is in pre-launch. Launch dates, the contents of the first collection, pricing, and the look of this site may all change between now and launch. We’ll do our best to be straight with you about timelines, but please treat anything described here as our current best plan rather than a promise.

The site itself

The text, photography, illustrations, logo and other materials on this site are the property of Alyssia Jackson and SØLIS Studio. Please don’t copy, redistribute, or pass them off as your own.

We try hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we’re providing it on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SØLIS Studio is not liable for any loss caused by relying on something published here during the pre-launch period.

Privacy

Your email is handled as described in our Privacy policy. Please read that page too — it explains what we’re doing with your data and how to get it removed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
